We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. The candidate must have a dedication to work in the team, boost sales, and forge strong relationships with clients. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
  • Should have worked on Upwork or Freelancer.
  • Experience in handling international clients from the US, Australia, and the UK.
  • Must be proficient in following up with clients.
  • Become the communication link between the development team & clients.
  • Generate business through online freelancing portals.
  • Write proposals for projects without grammatical mistakes.
  • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
  • Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.
  • Lead Generation through other social media platforms, like Facebook and Indeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in the IT Industry.
  • Prior experience in handling targets.
  • Commitment to achieving the targets set as per the salary offered “Target-based incentive”
  • Should have strong market awareness and excellent verbal, written communication skills in English.
  • Must be result oriented.
  • Should be able to achieve monthly targets.
