The candidate must have a dedication to work in the team, boost sales, and forge strong relationships with clients. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
- Should have worked on Upwork or Freelancer.
- Experience in handling international clients from the US, Australia, and the UK.
- Must be proficient in following up with clients.
- Become the communication link between the development team & clients.
- Generate business through online freelancing portals.
- Write proposals for projects without grammatical mistakes.
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
- Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.
- Lead Generation through other social media platforms, like Facebook and Indeed.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in the IT Industry.
- Prior experience in handling targets.
- Commitment to achieving the targets set as per the salary offered “Target-based incentive”
- Should have strong market awareness and excellent verbal, written communication skills in English.
- Must be result oriented.
- Should be able to achieve monthly targets.
