We need a Lead Generation Specialist to develop new business via the established channels, preferably Facebook and LinkedIn. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. This individual will be highly motivated, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads
- Create and manage day-to-day online advertising and lead generation campaigns on different social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Create Direct Email Marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Responsible for coordinating activities with those of other teams in Marketing / Sales to effectively reach out to decision makers.
- Implement strategies and best practices to maximize the lead generation for the Company.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Cultivate and build upon existing high-level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to your market’s client base.
- Boosting the Sales of the company.
- Drive revenue by connecting with existing & new clients and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful.
- Strategically overcome objections and competition.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly rental and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 1 year telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
