We are US based logistic Company and have an operation set up in Mohali. Company with a very reputed Mc number.

This role will be responsible for procuring customers and moving their freight. This role consists of both sales and operations aspects and requires a candidate that is comfortable handling both. The ideal candidate is sales-minded, confident at building relationships and growing a portfolio of customers and carriers, on top of an already existing portfolio of customers of theirs.

REQUIREMENTS

Manage customer/carrier relationships.
◉ Establish customer business and oversee account management processes.
◉ Upsell and retain customers.
◉ Self-motivated and customer service-oriented
◉ Build relationships with owner-operators to further service business as needed.
◉ Negotiate rates.
◉ Source carriers.
◉ Generate sales leads.
◉ Track load status.

EXPERIENCE

◉ Freight agent experience is preferred.
◉ 1-2+ years of prior experience in a sales-related role.
◉ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
◉ Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
◉ Freshers with fluent English can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
